Randy graduated from Indiana University Bloomington and bought his first home in downtown Indy. He discovered his passion for renovating and creating and proceeded to acquire, renovate, and sell several more historic homes in the city as well as other homes throughout Central Indiana. He's enjoyed living and working in many different parts of Indianapolis and is very familiar with many of its neighborhoods. Randy still occasionally renovates or builds a home utilizing his general contractor license. He also invests in vacation rentals, but most of his business involves helping his clients buy and sell homes.

Randy lives in Warfleigh, a neighboring area of Broad Ripple, with his family of seven. Randy and his wife Jules have 5 kids, 2 dogs, 6 chickens, guinea pigs, and love being able to walk to Broad Ripple while still having generous outdoor space and a quiet street. In his free time, Randy enjoys being outdoors - especially on the water - traveling, visiting all of the great local coffee shops and breweries, and either cooking at home or eating out at the many wonderful local restaurants in Indianapolis. Randy loves to give his family all of these experiences and loves time with family and friends.
